Project managed and identified opportunities for improvement. Project managed the movement of production from the US to Mexico for the hardware manufacturer. For a leading automotive aftermarket manufacturer, Bob remedied an issue-plagued manufacturing technology solution by effectively leading a cross-functional team to attack root causes of failure. Applied Lean Six Sigma techniques including Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and improved data integrity by 40 percentage points and identified and captured over $2 million in lost revenue.
